2 world collide missions no spawns in both.
missions system is buged and I report it and the noob supporter replay

As there are already 4 or 5 threads on this matter I don't think you have fully read the, patch notes. http://community.eveonline.com/updates/patchnotes.asp, (3/4 of the way down the page filed under 'NPC's')
or for that matter the forum threads that have already reported and recieved an answer.

great they use all this stupid codes like all of us playing for 3 years

I'm afraid that faction spawns in this mission are not guaranteed and we will therefore unfortunately not be able to provide the service of resetting the mission for you. Furthermore we will not be able to reimburse you your Hacker Cards as these were not lost due to a server-side issue or a bug.
