This guide is not complete and I will keep compiling and adding information as I continue to work on obtaining my 7.0 Caldari State standing. This guide intended to help those players who want to raise their standing with one of the four factions listed below:

- Amarr
- Caldari State
- Gallente Federation
- Minmatar Republic

Most players choose to raise one of these standings so they can deploy their own POS in high sec space.

First off, if you want to get the most out of your hard work, train the Social skill to at least 4 (I recommend 5 just to get the most gain for your time).

- CAREER AGENTS -

Now, each of the four factions have three (3) starting stations. Each of these three stations have five (5) career agents. Doing the missions for these agents lead to "Important Storyline" missions, the last mission they give. Each of these storyline missions will give an increase in faction standing for the faction they are under AND the faction they are allied with.

- Amarr / Caldari
- Gallente / Minmatar

Doing all three of the starting stations career agents for the faction you want and all three of the starting stations career agents for its ally will give you a significant boost in standing (again, train Social to at least 4).

- Missions

Now I'll go into details about the career agents and their missions and on fitting my preferred ship for doing these missions.

Each of the stations have the same five sets of career missions which total to be 46 missions. Below are the missions and their objectives.

Pick up a missions from all 5 agents and do them in one go before returning. Mission tips will be in italics.

You will eventually have to lose two ships throught the Advanced Military missions. I suggest holding onto some weapons to fit onto the second ship loss as you will be required to kill at least one pirate before losing it.
Also keep 2 x 1MN Afterburners, which you will get through these missions, they are required for the Balancing the Books (9 of 10) mission.

- Advanced Military

The Swap
- Clear the area of any hostile vessels.

Warp to the location given in the mission and clear out any pirates in the area.

Angel of Mercy
- Fly the frigate your agent gave you into the pirate base. Once the explosive charges inside have been set off, your assignment will be complete.

Make sure you do not take a ship you don't want to lose! Take the free frigate given with the mission. Warp to the location given in the mission and fly directly towards the pirate base. Once you reach it, whatever ship you're in will explode. Return to your station and get your good ship.

Your Undivided Attention
- Find the fleeting pirate and activate your Civilian Warp Disruptor on him, preventing an escape. You are authorized to kill any escort vessels that you see, but not the primary target.

Warp to the location given in the mission, get within 20km of the "Fleeting Pirate" and activate your Warp Disruptor. As soon as this is done you can move on. You don't have to waste any time here.

A Friend in Need
- Find the missing agent and repair his vessel.

Make sure to fit your Civilian Remote Armor Repair System before undocking! Warp to the location given in the mission and target the Damaged Vessel. Get within 4km and use the armor repairer. Let it cycle once and you're done.

The Stand
- Make a stand at the pirate base - destroy at least one ship and survive for as long as you can against the reinforcements that come.

Make sure to fit a ship you don't mind being destroyed with some guns and take it for this mission. Warp to the location given in the mission, take the Acceleration Gate and kill the lone pirate in the area. Once the fleet of pirates shows up, let them destroy your ship and head back to the station.
Tip: The mission will only complete when your ship is destroyed.

Don't Look Back
- Use your Afterburner to travel quickly through the electromagnetic disturbance to the Asteroid Colony.

You don't have to use an Afterburner specifically, I suggest a Microwarpdrive. Warp to the location given in the mission, use the Acceleration Gate and start heading towards the Asteroid Station. Once you get to it you can warp out.

Weapon of Choice
- Use your "Faction Specific Weapon" to destory the pirate.

Warp to the location given in the mission and destroy the pirate. Doesn't matter what weapon you use, he just needs to die.

The Pacifist
- Acquire these goods:
- 10 x Hostages

Warp to the location given in the mission and activate the Acceleration Gate. Once you're there, wait for CONCORD to tell you to approach the Prison Facility. On the signal, go to it and open the cargo, take the hostages and you're done.

Glue
- Use the Civilian Stasis Webifier to corner the pirate and then interrogate him.

Make sure to fit the Civilian Stasis Webifier to your ship - an Afterburner or Microwarpdrive is needed as well! Warp to the location given in the mission and approach the Pirate Leader Once you're within 10km use the Webifier and you're done the mission.

The Exam
- Kill the terrorist leader inside the Pleasure Hub.

Warp to the location given in the mission, target the Terrorist Leader and destroy him. He is the only target you need to destroy to complete the mission.

This is the end of the Advanced Military mission line.

An Introduction to Cosmic Signatures
- Follow the instructions from your agent and progress to the end of the Cosmic Signature training course.

Warp to the location given in the mission and just keep going through each Acceleration Gate until you get to the last room. The agent will pop up each time explaining each anomaly.

For the last four missions from this agent:
You will need to scan down the four different signature types one by one. If you haven't done this yet, I suggest going through the tutorial.
- To get to the in game tutorial, press F12, click the Tutroials tab, open the Exploration category and start the Exploration tutorial.
- If you're still having trouble using probes, this is a good video to check out CCP's Eve Online: Scanning Guide Tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heYfTA00Idg
- You can also read EVElopedia's Probing guide which is great for beginner's and advanced players: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Probing

Gravimetric Site Scanning
- Acquire these goods:
- 1 x Proof of Discovery: Gravimetric

Do not forget to take the passkey given to you when the mission is accepted or you can't activate the gate! You will need to use the Core Probe Launcher to scan down a Gravimetric signature. Warp to it, activate the Acceleration Gate to the next area and get your document from the cargo container here.

Magnetometric Site Scanning
- Acquire these goods:
- 1 x Proof of Discovery: Magnetometric

Make sure to fit either an Analyzer or Salvager to your ship! Use your probes to scan down a Magnetometric signature. Once you warp to the location there will be two cargo containers. One can only be opened with an Analyzer and one with a Salvager. You only need to access on of these and retrieve the documents inside to complete the mission.

Radar Site Scanning

This is the end of the Exploration mission line.

- Industry

Tip: Keep all of your Veldspar and Tritanium during these and any other missions. I suggest mining more than you need when you have the chance.
Also keep all ships gained through the missions. The last industry mission can be completed with one of them depending on the faction your working on.

Making Mountains of Molehills (1 of 10)
- Acquire these goods:
- 999 x Veldspar

Warp to the location given in the mission, target the Veldspar and mine 999 units. It's a good idea to fill up your cargo here so you can refine the leftover Veldspar for the next two missions.

Making Mountaing of Molehills (2 of 10)
- Acquire these items:

Making Mountains of Molehills (6 of 10)
- Acquire these goods:
- 20 x Cap Booster 25

When you accept this mission you will receive the blueprint needed to manufacture these goods. I suggest just buying them off of the market. They're usually for sale at the starting stations for a fairly cheap price.

Making Mountains of Molehills (7 of 10)
- Transport these goods:
- 20 x Cap Booster 25

Warp to the drop-off location, should only be a single jump away, complete the quest and head back to the accept the next mission.

Making Mountains of Molehills (8 of 10)
- Acquire these goods:
- 1 x Civilian "Faction" Shuttle

The Civilian "Faction" Shuttle can't be bought on the market, you'll have to manufacture this. It's explained earlier how to do so and if you took my suggestion, you should have the materials. Start the job and continue on with other missions if you have them.

Making Mountains of Molehills (9 of 10)
- Acquire these goods:
- 1 x Production Assistant

Make sure to fit a mining laser to your ship before undocking! Warp to the location given in the mission, usually a jump away, and start mining the Kernite there. When the pirate shows up, kill him and loot the cargo container left behind.

Making Mountains of Molehills (10 of 10)
- Acquire these goods:
- 1 x "Faction Specific Frigate"

If you've kept all the ships from your missions you should be able to accept and complete this mission instantly. If not, the mission gives you a blueprint for the ship, so you can manufacture one or get one off of the market.

Cash Flow for Capsuleers (6 of 10)
- Destroy "Faction Specific Enemy"'s Outpost. You will find it in the final room of the complex.

Warp to the location given in the mission, destory the pirates in the area, and activate the Acceleration Gate. Rinse and repeat until you get through the last Acceleration Gate. Target the outpost and destroy it.

Cash Flow for Capsuleers (7 of 10)
- Destroy the pirates at the convoy ambush site. If you get low on hit-points, simply warp out and regenerate, then warp back in.

Warp to the location given in the mission and destroy the pirates in the area.

Cash Flow for Capsuleers (8 of 10)
- Fly to the hotel your agent mentioned, and retrieve the VIPs. If something is amiss, then report back to your agent with the details.

Warp to the loaction given in the mission and approach the hotel. Once you get close enough and get the OK to leave, head back to get the next mission!

Cash Flow for Capsuleers (9 of 10)
- Destroy the narcotics warehouse and report back to your agent.

Warp to the location given in the mission and activate the Acceleration Gate. Once in the next area, target the Narcotics Warehouse and destroy it.
Tip: You do not need to waste time killing pirates in this mission.

Cash Flow for Capsuleers (10 of 10)
- Find "Faction Specific Enemy" and take him out, once and for all.

This mission usually has you jump once or twice. Once you arrive at the location take the Acceleration Gate. You'll have to clear out all of the pirates before moving onto the next areas. Once you get to the last area of the complex, target the "Faction Specific Enemy"'s Outpost and destroy it, The enemy will then appear in a capsule, target and destroy him.

This is the end of the Military mission line.

- Prefferred Ship

When I was doing these missions this is the ship set-up I used. It allowed me to carry mostly what I needed for all of the missions. Some of the items are gained while doing the missions. (Electronics / Engineering both level 5).

Once you know the missions well enough, carrying extra equipment for specific missions (i.e. guns) can help speed things up. This is just a basic fit that will do all the missions with very little module swapping.

- Comorant (This is an old set-up. Will update it soon.)

High Slots:
X4 150mm Prototype Gauss Gun (Iron Charge S),
Miner II, Civilian Salvager, Core Probe Launcher I
(Core Scanner Probe I), Civilian Remote Armor Repair
System

Medium Slots:
1MN Microwarpdrive I, Civilian Analyzer,
Codebreaker

Low Slots:
2x Overdrive Injector System II

Rigs:
2x Small Processor Overclocking Unit I, Small Low Friction
Nozzle Joints I

- COSMOS MISSIONS -

The next thing you can do is complete the COSMOS agents. Do the angents from allied faction give standing bonuses? The fastest way to do these, since most of them require a "tag" that can be sold on the market, is to buy all the tags needed to complete all the missions. This should be done after the career agents have been completed and I highly recommend having Social trained to 5. Total for Caldari State (since this is the only one I've done) I spent around 500mil ISK. Below is listed the location and requirements for the agents and missions.

Keep in mind that the location for these agents are not in stations. They are in their ships around the structures listed.

- Amarr Empire

- Caldari State

- Gallente Federation

- Minmatar Republic
