Did the prophecy just become awesome?

7 lows and armour resist bonus means enough room for 2 DDAs without skimping on tank.

Ability to fit MISSILE bays means better projection than the myrm.

4 mids making it cap stable with the repper running constantly

around 50m/s faster than the myrm

tanks around up to 389 dps from sansha rats

Anything im missing or are all mid sp drone pilots going to go for this???

May be a bit expensivee but the AAR will help you tank better... is the NPR costs worth it in PvE... I know niether the Prophecy nor the AAR are useful in Incursions but what about the rest of PvE?

well ive been using it in missions for the last hour and it beats the hell out of my myrm in terms of clear time and ability to tank

I think i found my new favourite ship

Yes, the Prophecy is awesome! It clears lvl 3 missions so quickly, it barely needs tank.

Did you try missions in it before the change.. It used to burn through lvl3 missions just fine then also. But yea, I think all the myrm pilots will be rethinking their BC drone boat of choice

Yes, I did. While it worked well enough, I am now doing almost twice the damage reliably over long ranges. It's definitely on par with the Harbinger now, with added utility of a big drone bay.

The Myrmidon has 100 bandwidth, so it can launch another sentry drone, which could add to even more damage than the Prophecy, just with reduced tank.

My bet is on XLASB fit. And yeah, it would far outtank Prophecy, for a while.

It's interesting how XLASB fits easily on a BC that can fit only medium armor reps.

and also against anything smaller than a bc it will have trouble applying sentry dps, not every mission gives you 50km towards your targets.

I don't know it just looks like the prophecy seems to be the better ship for solo pve now

228 hp/s omni, obviously better vs. Angels, worse vs Sansha

AB setup for speedy lvl3 missions, replace with another extender , invul or specific hardener for more tank or a second omni for more range (fed navy omni are dirt cheap these days)

Turrets are pretty much optional, could probably also fit etransfer/shieldrep for an awesome spider setup with another myrm :)

For close range brawling it could simply bring 4 ogre II instead for even more DPS (ok, minus travel time, so probably not more).

ok just to clarify im talking about level 4 missions, 228 dps tank won't even come close to cutting it in most level 4s

level 3s are a joke, you can do them in a shitfit armour drake.

You never said anything about lvl 4s. Also you disqualified yourself, as the <400 hp/s in your OP is certainly not enough for a lot of lvl 4s, especially with the lower damage output.

You realize that it's always possible to make the Myrm more tanky by replacing drone damage amp with SPRs? Next steps would be 300/395/520 hp/s omni and 530/440/360 DPS from drones, about 70 DPS from turrets, down to 30 with long range.

By replacing the omnidirectional or afterburner we can go as high as 676 hp/s omni, but projection drops to 30+10km without omni. Replacing both we could get 832 hp/s.

Please copy that with the prophecy.
