Its quite easy to prove. We set all of New Eden red for what ever reson we can up with, and then its legit to kill them because they have been set red. Serious?

EM run by their own rules, they kill and murder who ever they have on their red list. 1 pilot in a 1000 man alliance kill someone else, eighter for revence or what ever reson is behin, and EM set them red, no questions asked, for next murder and kill what ever other 999 members left in that alliance.

It is true we helped some friends earlier this year, not knowing who they were up against. EM diplomate contacted us and informed us we were set red. Talks was made forward and back and an agreement was made, in which they set us back to neutral on their personal standing site. The statement on their standing site was at that time "supporting pirates".

Seven months later they are bored and funny enough after we have exculates our operations against BSI. Amarr and running ops deep into Amarr low sec, to help our brothers, they deside to reset their standing to "Pirates" and without warning cutting us off being able to fight the Amarr and help our brothers.

EMs standings are their personal law to justify what they do. Iv see with my own eyes how minmatar transports was scrammed at stations, trying to bring food and supplies to women and children in a mining station.

Technically speaking, the burden of proof lies with you on supporting your claims. You cannot make a claim and then say "prove me wrong, or else I'm right". That's a logical fallacy.

It's also a legal fallacy, if you want to get really technical about it.

I apologize ahead of time for the double post.

So let me get this straight...

A member of The Obsidian Front, a supposed pirate corporation, is defending his corporation against such claims by trying to turn the same insult around on their accuser, with no proof? How does declaring another's guilt exonerate you? It doesn't, and your claims are baseless on top of that. Do you expect to be taken seriously, pilot?

This is all aside from the point already made earlier, that such acts are illegal and not supported by the Empire, so the parties responsible (if this even happened..) are outlaws, not Amarrians.

Only the liberty of the individual assures the prosperity of the whole. And this foundation must be defended.

At any cost

Electus Matari usually give a lot of warning to people they've set red if it's for something other than assisting the Amarr or Sansha's Nation. Your alliance was likely given ample warning that its behaviour was unacceptable, and chose to ignore it. You were then set red and a war was declared - that's hardly piracy. You were literaly able to see this coming a mile off, and now, in a pathetic - and failing - attempt to save face are blaming your lack of foresight on Electus Matari.

Here's the straight truth: You are crying crocodile tears and no-one is falling for it. No-one believes you. No-one has any sympathy for you. If you actually believe what you're saying - which I highly doubt - you are the only one who does.

Honestly, this is clearly attention seeking from someone with nothing better to do and no real achievements to back themselves up.

Why are you guys even bothering?

I, as an ex-member of Electus Matari, can give you all an inside view of the twisted minds hiding EM's true purpose (traffic of slaves, piracy, drug cartel).

... Not.

One of my biggest problems with EM as a combat pilot type of guy, had always been how their diplomatic process includes giving 2nd chances to repentant corps/alliances that had been found with their hand in the cookie jar.

2nd chances, and then 2nd -2nd chances. And then some more just for good measure, just in case there is an inkling of truth to the bullshit factories being directed at them all the time.

Obsidian Front must have run out of 2nd chances I guess. You guys were already providing disgusting amounts of neutral reps to pirates long before I left EM.

Worth nothing: The Obsidian Front combat efficiency this month of October is 36%, from 75% in November. Ouch. Lessons learned: pissing off Electus Matari, AND being based off in high sec Minmatar space just doesn't work that well.

Ynot, do you have ANY idea what you've done? Any at all?

You've made Andreus Ixiris and the Amarr agree on something.

You've got no idea what that means for the continued stability of the universe or the temperatures of some infernal regions at the moment, do you?

I notice you've failed to either address the numerous objections to your assertions or substantiate your claims. All you're doing is making snide, meritless jibes that fall flat as they lack any real substance. Refutations of your allegations are flowing in thick and fast from all corners of the IGS and yes, as Esna points out, you're making me agree with the Amarr about something. In case you are truly as dumb as you look, allow me to explain that that really doesn't happen very often at all.

From what I've heard, Electus Matari is mopping the floor with the parts of your face that didn't get stuck either to the curb or their bootsoles. I have nothing but admiration for their ongoing effort to liberate you from the burden of assets you clearly possess neither the wit nor the worthiness to use.

I am looking forward to this shipment making it to market. I know that these children will find many willing Holders bidding to have them come to their service. I for one prefer to use the smaller women and children to work in the Gas Command Centres, as they consume quite a bit less of the breathable - and valuable - oxygen being produced by the facility.

Elsebeth I'd honestly recommend a white table wine from the Cauchine region. It's a bit on the fruity side but, it goes quite well with nuts.

A capsuleer entity commits acts of piracy and/or support of piracy (or in other cases acts in support of the Amarrian Empire) in Matari space and as such find themselves in a private war with Electus Matari.

Not exactly aware of what they've done, or lacking in knowledge about how actions have reactions, or just plain outright lying, the entity accuses Electus Matari of nothing short of CONCORD paid piracy (and to be fair, if they went through EM's history they'd find some very juicy war targets in that list, enough for them to try and spin this as CONCORD paid piracy until the facts as to "why" come out.)

So in essence you're left with two entities sat there in a war going "NO U" accusing each other of piracy in the Republic and hindering the other from their goals. Now if the history of the Obsidian Front wasn't so well known, this might be a complication. Good job EM is capable of diplomacy.

As it is, it's just giving me flashbacks to previous EM wars and the opposition entity making up all sorts of crap on the IGS to play the damsel in distress. Next thing you know OF will be hiring every Merc corp in New Eden in order to take the pressure off them.

Too many puns to know where to start with this one.. Not sure I want to know what goes on in Gradient these days.

We will not and have never hired Mercs. We do however have people with "family" within Merc organizations, but ill leave that to family business.

So, they labeled you as pirates because you committed piracy, and then proceeded to treat you as they do their other reds? Cool story. Piracy against the Amarr, as satisfying and righteous as I know it is, is still piracy.

Contact -EM- leadership to rectify this, not whine in a public forum about their perfectly sensible NRDS operation.
