Just want to share the right solution for those, who faced with the same problem with wine>=1.5 on x86_64 host and who correctly installed Eve using an instructions from Wine application database.

You have to specify WINEPREFIX to amend an external tls library usage:

WINEPREFIX="$HOME/.wine" /usr/bin/wine eve.exe
