[FULL] 75B Bond - 2% - Fully Collateralized - Medium Term [FULL]

Terms
Bond Size - 75 Billion
Interest Rate - 2% per month, paid monthly
Duration - Guaranteed minimum 2 months, no set expiration date, and investors may request cash-outs after 2 months.
Collateral - Inventory from my commodity investment stockpiles. Investments will be slightly over-collateralized.
Minimum Investment - 5B

Please post any questions you may have. Make reservations in this thread if possible, and I can also be contacted in game by convo/mail or in channel (ASCII code) Alt250.

Note: I am looking for a quick fill. If you reserve a chunk, please have the isk available. I hope to wrap this up shortly, and any investor who doesn't claim their collateral and exchange isk within 2 days will be dropped for an investor on the waiting list. I look forward to doing business with you Smile.

Yes, I'll take the full 75b.

I am at work at the moment and so cannot get online to talk before downtime but an eve-mail will be fine.

Nah Bp seller got WAYYYY too much hair for my taste.Grendell however understands the need for a good trim above and beloo ... nevermind.

I've valued the collateral. As per your request I am keeping specific details off the forum, so I've responded to your eve-mail with my assesment.

For public consumption: my assement is that the collateral would support a 70b loan but would be too risky in the event of default to justify 75b.

If you would like to proceed with the loan on this basis, then put up a contract and I'll accept it. If you are unhappy with my valuation and wish to negotiate with Grendell then I fully understand.

So collateral for 70 B ISK and it's too risky to invest 75 B ?
There are people on these forums that accept un-collateralized bonds of 10 up to 60 Bil and no one scammed them.

What he gonna do, collaterise 70 B to run away with 5 extra billions, lol

So you didn't wanted to offer investment for 3.75% of uncollateralized loan but it's fine for me to accept 100% uncollateralized.
