Say I have a corp, called "CoolCorp", of which I am the CEO and only member. CoolCorp is in an alliance, called "NiftyAlliance". What happens if I biomass my toon? Does the corp it was in disappear, and then disappear from the alliance member list altogether?

The name however stays used and if you could view info on your dead character you'll see
"CoolCorp (Closed)"

and your current character will be in a corp called "Doomhiem"

Last I checked you can't biomass a character who's the sole member of a corp. You need to quit corp first.

Ok, thanks for the answers. So what happens if my corp has the "swing vote" for alliance executor, then I let my account go inactive? Will my corp's executor vote still count?
