/eve/SkillTree.xml.aspx API endpoint cached for 10 years and is missing the new skill

As the topic says, the /eve/SkillTree.xml.aspx is currently returning a cachedUntil time of 10 years into the future (I also looked through our cached entries, and it's been like this for a while now). Is there any reason why this would be cached for 10 years when new skills can be added every 6 months (or even more often since Armor Honeycombing was added in a patch instead of a release)?

Also why hasn't Armor Honeycombing been added to this API return yet since it is being returned on character api calls for anyone who has already trained it, thus breaking the templating in our Auth site?
