With no reason said , as i'm sure this is the procedure.

A few days passed, and no response to petitions or email has been made.

It's getting really frustrating as I know I didn't to anything to violate the rules of the game, this is why I am writing this.

Hope that a Dev, GM, CCP staff see this post, please convo me so we can sort this out and lift my bans from my accounts!

Is there anyone that can give me information on how long does it takes for a GM or CCP to respond to a 4 account ban petition ?

Could be a minute, an hour, a day or a month.

GMs are notoriously slow at responding to petitions about bans and stuff.

I can see that. 6 days passed and no response. It should not be like this becase banning an account is serious bussines in my opinion.

And the fact that i payed my accounts until july-august it gets more serious.

I did my part, and payed .... now i assume that they think i did something wrong, thou' i know i didn't. If indeed i did something im mad cause they don't answer my petition and talk to me. To check, to see, to solve.... to understand what i did wrong.

Banning accounts should get a bit more love with fast reponse. I've even made stuck petitions which i know they get a fast reponse, and actually begged the GM that sees the petition to give me any kind of answer regarding my banned accounts! No response, they were moved to Ban.

Imagine that i play eve from late 2003. This is the first time dealing with account banning!

I love this game but as a customer I am really thinking of quiting for good because of this. This is no way to treat people. Shocked

Do you guys think im wrong? Would you act different that me?

They dont ban for no reason. And they dont ban unless there sure. IMHO.

Everyone they ban throws in a petition claiming innocence im sure.

Gonna have to wait bro.

i see your point.

I'm sure that the probability to ban 4 accounts with no reason is less than 1-5% .

If im guilty of something i did ill admit it. But im sure except the following: using exploits, harrasing players or using any kind of bots, selling isk for real money, which i did not do, there should not be such hard punishments.

I did use all my isk to extend all my accounts until summer, i did use Eve Mentat with some Api to check some market data while i was in other regions.

Im still trying to sort it out in my head and find the reason....

it's frustrating i tell ya.... with no skills training, jobs finished, manuf and research. .....


Ohh well, into the big wait.... still wondering what i did.
