Why do i keep seeing barge losses with stupid scanners on them? i have never needed a scanner, especially on every ship... such a waste of possible tank. keep the awoxing up people.. maybe the sheep will learn

Ah, they're ruining EVE. =( But, then again, you could see it as wonderful opportunities for easy kills. Otherwise, how else could we see such unnatural things as these kill-mails?

They weren't actually afk, they were all there chatting. However, I had 3 scrams on my thron. =x I pointed the Orca and two barges. I started popping the barges and pointing other barges. I had two dead before the realized what was going on and all started trying to warp out. By then, it was too late and the cries of, "I'm going to get you with my much older 0.0 pvp toon!" filled team speak. Then I was kicked from TS. That, of course, never happened.... :( I wanted around for about an hour for it to happen... but it didn't.

Survey scanners have their uses, they allow you to pull every last full cycle out of a 'roid and not waste time pulling perhaps 1/4 of a cycle out of a nearly depleted one, it also allows you to giggle insanely when the next miner doesn't have one fitted and wastes cycles on 'roids that are about to pop, especially when you've made sure every last asteroid in the belt has less than a full cycle left in it, I'm easily amused, what else can I say Lol

What I don't understand is the ice miners that have them fitted, in an ice field they're about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
