Just wondering if a GM/ISD/etc. is on does the old rules apply that if i was to be constructing a super that they would finish the contruction/speed it up is this still in effect?

If SOV bumping and the test alliance are not being done anymore, and there are no developers monitoring this thread, No dev replys since Oct. If so can we get it removed as a sticky.

If not can we get some answers??

I have an update on the test alliance; unfortunately CCP Konflikt cannot support this feature at the moment due to an immense workload from other projects. I have unstickied this thread.

Since this CCP Konflikt is currently busy, is there any chance it would be possible to bump Sov for us?

If that was directed at CCP Phantom I believe that's out of his jurisdiction as a community rep.

More or less directed at anyone paying attention. I understand that they are very busy, and if it's not possible that's fine too. I appreciate that we have this tool available to us, I was just inquiring for curiosity's sake.

If you really want out test out the Sovereignty mechanics I have an Alliance in Singularity that I have pretty much finished my testing with. It currently has Strategic index level 2 in a system with a seeded market.

Send me an invite to my corp or have you corp apply to join the alliance in Singularity. To make sure I know you have applied send me a mail in TQ.
