i pod touch, 8gb or 32gb advice

Gonna get one, mainly for music and the odd app, I don't really know how many tunes ill put on it, prob less than 500 tracks though. not really sure how many games and apps ill download.

was wondering if its worth paying the extra cash for the 32gb one, its about £60-£80 extra.

basically have any of you bought the 32gb one and regretted paying the extra as you will never use all the memory up? Or would you recommend paying the extra.

Personally, I would pay for the extra memory. You may not actually "need" the extra, but it's always nice to have it.

Surrender is still your slightly less painful option.

Buy an MP3 player that's not an iPod, so you don't become a slave to iTunes tbh.

I resent having to use it even just to update the stupid iPhone that my job forced on me.

i have an older 32GB model (gen 2 i think) and an 8GB version of the latest model and i much perfer the newer model because of the smaller space.

i found that i kept so much music on the larger model that i often couldn't decide what to listen to. with the smaller model i generally have my favorite music rather than just everything, which of course helps me decide what to listen to.

my 2isk for what it's worth.

I used to have an 8GB iTouch and used to load my playlists (different genres for different moods!)... then I accquired even more music and added to the playlists so had to upgrade the size of it (now have a 32GB) and as well as having my playlists loaded, a couple of apps and films it's just rammed with music! Always good to have some variety :)

If you are the hoarder type of person like I am you should pick the 32 gb one. Apps, music, video's and photo's can take up allot of room and from my experience 8gb isn't going to cut it.
