Bored and flush with ISK

Pick a random person in local and pay some mercs ot shoot them?

Put bounties on people who do not currently have bounties.

Buy 20 pvp fit ships and fly around in low/null/WHs until you find something to engage.

If the way you gained the ISK isn't in itself something you enjoy(ed) doing, then I've got no advice.

No I meant in the targeted harassment bit.
I know some mercs that would love to be given ships a target and have some fun, I am just not so sure of the petition that would ensue.
Or did you mean less 5th person to post a word starting with x between EVE 1200 and 1400 and more going after random corps for war decs?

He's pretty annoying. Working with him is difficult because he often stutters really badly or brainfarts and says the wrong thing entirely, he's the kind of guy who could see an Eris on D-scan and report it as an Erebus on comms. Also he has very sensitive feelings that get easily hurt, which is a problem when I say mean things to him because he screwed something up.

He's actually pretty good at killing dudes and isn't anything like as annoying as a bunch of people we've had in our alliance.

The big thing that makes him that one guy people want to kill is that he talks smack all the time, really badly and with poor grammar and also awoxes people a ton.

If there was a guy in break-a-wish foundation that someone wants dead it's going to be him.
