Minimum Skills for a travel alt

I have an alt for travelling in high sec and getting the things I need.
But those 100 AU Systems are really a pain and I cannot get through them with a shuttle without stopping in between due to cap.
Does somebody know what the absolute minimum skills are to travel decently?
The char is on the same account so I want to save as much time as I can.

Warp Drive Operation to 4 should let you make those warps. 10% less capacitor used when initiating warp per level

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone

I know the skill but I was unsure if it is enough.
Is there a formula how much cap is needed per AU?

edit: Seriously, there's a lot of real world fields represented in the player base, from math to economics. Chances are someone has already asked and answered your Eve question.

The two capacitor skillz also help. Probably especially the one that increases maximum capacitor.

There are also implants that reduce warp cap use and increase warp speed, e.g. WD-610 and WS-615.
