Jita bots. Why are they tolerated?

The local spammers are harmless. Think of them as a part of the scenary like the lights of Las Vegas. Jita wouldn't be Jita without them.

What *IS* a problem is the jita MARKET bots. A half-dozen cheaters can ruin the game for the rest of the 350k subscribers and are allowed to do so. THATs where our attention should be going. IMHO they are more distruptive to the game than even mining bots.

Jita bots don't negatively affect the game, just your experience if you're dumb enough to believe them. I haven't seen real conversations in Jita local since Incarna and even that was just carebears crying carebear tears.

Well even though their impact is minimal, my question was aren't they still botters and isn't that against the EULA?

Botting is still botting no matter how inoculous it is.

Because subs are not dropping due to them.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.
