Officer

Supervisor for a Division of I Own Four Sheep, They are tasked with keeping track of the members of their Division and also give advice to the Consuls. Alongside their normal duties that pertain to their division and must have 8 million Skillpoints along with the Requirements listed below

Communication Officer

Sends out the Daily Bulletins and Keeps track of the Calendar Dates remining everyone when something is coming up and is also in charge Interviewing anyone who applies to join IO4S. Also trains Comms Interns. Are paid 50 million - 200 million ISK a week.

Combat Officer

Have the Honor of commanding a Fleet and/or Wing in the IO4S Fleet and is in charge of making sure Combat Members are taken on Training exercises weekly and host the Major Training Exercises Bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to Properly fit a Battleship and/or Fly a Command Ship
• Have PvP experience
• Mic and Good Verbal Communication Skills
• Mature (Most of the time and especially in combat)

Supply Officer

Supply Officers are the Backbone of our Logistical capabilities, Tasked with Coordinating the Movement of Large amounts of Ships, Fuels and Other Corp Assets around to all our stations.

Requirements

• Be able to fly Freighter and/or Tier Two Hauler
• Good Coordination Skills

Recruitment Officer

The Recruitment Officer are some of the most important people in the Corporation. They scour the Forums for people looking for a Corporation and give them a compelling reason on why they should join our Corporation. They are also tasked with Bumping our Forum Post and Answering a lot of the Questions asked by people looking to join I Own Four Sheep. These people should be the Most Charismatic people and Have the Best Spelling and Grammar possible.

They should asl start gathering Likes on the Eve Forums because these are the People who represent I Own Four Sheep.

With that said, The Requirements of being a Recruitment officer are strict but the Pay is good and the prizes for doing a really good job are great. Pay is 100 - 200 million a week.These People also Moderate the I Own Four Sheep Forums and also are either a Combat or Industrial Pilot on the side.

They also get a bonus of 50 million every time they recruit 2 members.

Requirements

• Be extremely Charismatic
• Have VERY excellent Grammar and Spelling
• Have a Great Sense Of Humour
• Have atleast (Or be given a deadline to get) Five likes on the Forums
• Get a ⅔ approval rating from the rest of the corporation

Mining Foreman and Industry Head

Mining and Industry will be bringing in most of the money and i lump these two together because they will be mostly working together and with the Supply Officer. The Mining Head will take 25% of All Ore mined on a expedition (They should always know what their subordinates are flying and what they are mining so they can calcualte how much Ore Everyone has) and deposit it in the Corporation hangar.

The Industry Head will then in turn, turn that into Minerals and Distribute the Minerals to his Subordinates and they will sell the obj they build at a Uniform Price and give 25% of the Profits back to the Corporation which shall be deposited into the Corporate bank account.

• Fly a Orca/Rorqual and be very proficient at it
• Good at math and have a good memory
• Extremely Loyal to the Corporation
• Extremely Trustworthy
