Magnetar tactics for solo or small gang

According to staticmapper, these are the affects of a C4 Magnetar:

Description Effect
Targeting Range -34%
Turret Tracking Speed -34%
Missile AOE Velocity Multiplier -34%
Drone Velocity -34%
Damage Multiplier +68%
Gravimetric ECM Strength +68%
Ladar ECM Strength +68%
Magnetometric ECM Strength +68%
Radar ECM Strength +68%
Target Painter Effectiveness +68%
Sensor Dampener Range Reduction +68%
Sensor Dampener Scan Resolution Reduction +68%
Tracking Disruptor Tracking Penalty +68%

What are some tactics that I could use for solo or very small gang (3 pilots) inside the magnetar system? It looks like senser dampers and trackign disruptors could be very effective especially since the system already reduced turret tracking speed. I have somewhat low SP, around 9m and fly mostly Amarr BC's and T2s. Any suggestions for tactics are greatly appreciated especially for Harbinger, Zealot, or Pilgrim.

I'm 99% sure all ewar effects of magnetars were removed after the great AHARM incident of 200X

Well the arbitrator and pilgrim line are pretty effective, they benefit from most of the effects and don't care for range or drone velocity. I would be very worried about enemy jams, so either provide your own or fit against it. Maybe a smart bomb for ec drones.

Pilgrim is pretty much the same, cloak>tackle>orbit>drones. If they are missile TDs dont work well, if they are turret your TDs make them wish they had missiles.

most are disabled. tracking penalty, damage and targeting range are still there. if mag happens, bring alpha

These are definitely in effect:

Targeting Range -34%
Missile AOE Velocity Multiplier -34%
Drone Velocity -34%
Damage Multiplier +68%

Haven't tested the others to see which are and which aren't, assuming the ewar ones are all disabled.

Shield gank (skirmish) zealots/omen/oracle or sniper tornados (with appropriate range scripts) would probably be my choice for a small gang.
