Capital Jump Drive Modification

Well now BO are boosted - they will have the same "gate" as the Titans - so maybe we should limit the range of the titans to current BO ability.
Why?
Try to move 200 man fleet by a BO ... and try to do it using a Titan.
I recently fight in a systems that have 1k+ on local.
This is a nonsense - especially that curent JB/Titan JB/Supercap flood leaded to a point where my enemies , don't have any thing to shoot - as everywhere there is only BLUE.

I'm fine with that - i have plenty things to shoot at , but this is killing this game.
So summarizing .
My idea:
- base 2ly/min fly time for all Jump capable ships ... with additional mass factor as slowing effect.
- lock on time for a cyno ( if you can kill it within 15 seconds nothing cant use it)
- you cannot use cyno within a bouble.
- random "jump in" location for the supercapitals
- additional module needed for all non blackop ships using a titan "jump bridge"
- reducing the current jump range of a titan (new)

I also thinking about the logistics.
I thing JF needs a little boost , but i suggest a pos installation allowing for a longer jump at expense of additional fuel from a pos.

Additional limit - number of caps than can use a cyno.

I say:
1 super cap/cyno
3 caps/ cyno

After serving limit of caps, cyno becomes unstable and cannot be used any more.

As for the covert cyno - no changes here , as mass of ships is far smaller and do not affect cyno in so drastic way as (super) capitals

This thread looks like people who never used capitals don't want others to use them.
Face it guys groups that can blob with capitals can blob with other ships too, getting trashed by 200 BS doesn't feel any better.
And no it would not shrink the blob, it would delay the blob.

Read my suggestion - the base :
No 20min delay , but "fly to" time based on mass.
2ly/min - for the fastest ( shield capitals)
How do i see this?

You undock from a station in a carrier, and jump to a cyno that is 1 LY/away - your carrier is flying to it in warp for 30seconds.
If you have to fly to a battle that is 20ly away - you can get there no faster than in 10 minutes ... - and that is the main goal.
You cannot insta escalate battle - but you have to plan it down.

Additionally this partially undone what Time dilatation have done - when it reaches 90% , 1minute in a battle is 10 minutes for outside forces to join it - i already few times done 30 jumps to get into a huge battle - and guess what - i was on time!
