Resizing Window Sometimes Makes Window Blank

Occasionally get a problem where I try to resize a window in game, and happen to click just inside the border of the window. The result is it blacks out completely. Minimizing, and/or closing the window usually fixes it once I reopen it. However, when it happens to the overview, the only fix is to dock up.

It's almost like these windows are layered, and if you click in the wrong spot, the whole window just goes blank.

Anyone else encounter this problem?
