What will be security status of said system? (security status issues)
Will we have the right to switch ships/fittings? What about repairs? Assume I have my won in the hull and is challenged after that.

2 teams signed up so far. Monkeys with Guns. And "Silver Wings"

After a victory a pilot is permitted to return to station for repairs. If you have alternate fits ready to go you may refit, we have no way to enforce it otherwise, however you are expected to be back with your team in the same hull BEFORE your team is up for another fight. Basically you have 4-5 minutes to get to station and back.

As stated in my link, tekaima is 0.6 security.

While I don't understand how "teams" can be involved in a dueling tournament, I will attempt to come to this tournament to show the rest of you worthless scrubs why I'm the best.

Seeing as it is a contest of 1v1, I would like to see a "no links/bonus/fleet" rule enforced before this event is even considered legitimate by my standards. Duels and 1v1s don't involve the help of other players. If there are "teams", reps, and links, this isn't a dueling tournament whatsoever, and the entire event is preposterously stupid.

If you decide to actually put forth effort and make a useful, good event, I will probably attend late and win the whole thing with ease. What is the policy regarding late entry?

PS- Just tell me if Kate Mosh registers for this or not, as no one else has any legitimate chance of beating me. May as well crown myself a week early v0v

Did you read the link in my OP? If you had, I think most of your questions would be answered, such as how the teams work, because it IS 1v1 fights, but fighters come from teams of 4 or 5 (depending on how many sign ups we get). There won't be off grid boosters because everyone will be in the same fleet. Squad boosts will be permitted. There are no reps aside from local reps permitted.

Anyways, you really should go to the blog post I gave with all the details, and get yourself up to speed.

Unfortunately yes, though as long as you are not below -4 you can still be in system. We have attempted to do these sorts of things in lowsec in the distant past to accommodate Eve's seedier sort, but unfortunately it just attracts more seedier sorts with no further interest than getting a few easy kills and disrupting the event.

Highsec is not immune of course, but low/null is just asking for it.

As of now, all 6 primary slots have been filled.

We have 3 alternate team slots available. If one of the 6 pulls out, comes with ineligible ships, or with duplicate ships, does not show up, or shows up but without the minimum number of pilots ready, you can be called up to fill their spot.

If you are ready to be called up and do so, you will be paid a bonus of 100m ISK on top of any other prizes you win.

EOH Brawl - Put Up or Shut Up!

EOH Brawl is a system of betting on PvP duels in EVE! To kick off the new site, EOH Brawl will be working with Eve Radio and DJ Funky Bacon to take bets on the Dueling PvP tourny this Friday, Feb 22nd . A special betting format will be used for this Friday's tournament. The full site will be launching later this weekend.

EOH Brawl is a system where anyone can bet on PvP duels. Duelers will get paid a percentage of all bets placed on their duels. Our goal is to make it possible for duelers to make an Eve "living" from proceeds of people betting on their duels. Stay tuned as we roll out this system over the next week. EOH is uniquely positioned to offer safe and secure betting.

Your EOH Poker account works on EOH Brawl. The accounting for each is also linked. Your EOH account balance can be used as chips to play ring poker games or bet on duels at EOH Brawl. To deposit isk for both you send isk to "Eve Online Hold'em" corp. Make sure the corp is in the "Isk Six" alliance. We can not recover isk sent to the wrong corp. If you don't have an account use the in game browser and start one at EOHpoker.com. If you have any questions ask a banker in "EOH POKER" or "EOH BRAWL" channels.

In celebration of the launch of EOH Brawl we are having a 10b ISK freeroll poker tournement on Saturday, Fed 23 at 22:00. This is a FREE game, anyone with an EOH account can join. Pay out will be standard tourny style totaling 10b ISK. Show up at 21:30 for table assignment. We suggest using the Chrome browser. Make sure you add www.eohpoker.com to you pop up blocker. Join in game channel "EOH POKER" for details.

Eve Online Hold’em (EOH) is Eve’s oldest gaming establishment - Bringing Eve hundreds of poker tournaments EVERY day for over 5 years. Games running 24/7. Over 255 Trillion ISK bet through EOH!

Confirming that EOH is, in fact, one of the tournament sponsors, and will be the official sports book for this tournament. We're just waiting for their new site to go live now :)

The tournament is over, and I'm absolutely dead tired, but I have some thanks to send out.

CCP Masterplan for staying up with us until the wee hours of the morning, The Co-Hosts, EG, Doc, and Larkin for the usual hard work they put in.

QGazQ, the ER engineer who stood ready with the fire extinguisher in case the server caught fire.

EOH Poker, Saint Stephen, and their site eohbrawl.com for handling all the betting tonight giving us one less thing we needed to worry about.

Eve Radio, MrBlades for staying on top of promotions, Diaego for keeping us on air even when donations have fallen short.

The CCP Community Team for putting up 25 plex for the winners tonight.

All the tournament participants from the 5 teams.

And of course the 500 or so of you that tuned in to listen or watch the HD live streaming!

So many people were involved in making tonight's special a success, and I love you all. Really I do. Now, good night.
