Looking for two characters with the skills and standings to carry out research with 5 lvl 4 RnD agents. I would prefer it if their standings were with minmatar corps, but all will look at all.

If they have skills for anchoring and defending a POS or running PI that would be a bonus, but all other skill are not required.

ISK is not an issue, but I will not pay for skills that will not be used.
