It would be a shame if something happened to those delegates. I hope their guard is up to the task of this historic event.

All seven delegates arrived safely in Pator to meet with the Sanmatar. It was a privilege to be in the company of such esteemed Minmatar and I would like to extend thanks to the thirty or so Capsuleers who joined me in Rens for the escort.

Colour me curious, Ugleb.

Given all the pretty words Ms. Polevhia and her Nation sympathist colleagues have been recently trumpeting on their wish for cluster-wide peace, unity and harmony was she or any of "her people" of assistance in this event? Or was the veiled threat above the extent of her involvement in a process that holds out the hope of beginning to realise her stated goals?

That was a threat? Even a veiled one?

I dare say you are starting to get paranoid, Ollie.

It is a pity you were only able to respond with a pithy personal attack. Certainly such attacks go against how you like yourself to be perceived. Still, we are all entitled to a slip now and then.

Will I take your lack of a response to the actual question raised as admission that the Foundations washed its hands of this opportunity to promote peace, unity and harmony within the cluster?

Speaking for myself only here and not a representative of the Foundations.

My desire for their safety is genuine. While I consider myself to be at war with the empires, CONCORD, and the Jove I do wish for there to be diplomatic resolutions to current hostilities. Kind of hard to have that if someone shoots all the diplomats. I am an optimist among my peers.

I am sad that I was not able to be honored by escorting the Vherokior and Thukker tribe delegates. It is funny that they both flew out of the same system, just one jump from my place of birth; here I am in Anoikis. In any case, I am glad that the delegates of all the Tribes made it safely, and that their attackers were met with swift and total justice. Let us hope they can work for a strong and prosperous Matari people!

I am also a human, straggling between the present world... and our future. I am a regulator, a coordinator, one who is meant to guide the way.

The Sebiestor delegation went smoothly and it didn't encounter no problems on the way.

For once CONCORD did it job.

Your wishes and desires - and those of some of your colleagues - have been well documented on the IGS over the past few days. I will allow a recent statement from one of those colleagues to bring the actual question which you avoided answering into context.

We do, however, tend to believe in action ahead of IGS posturing.

In short, your posture is clear - where was your action when a simple opportunity to back your words up presented itself?

Intelligence informed us that CONCORD and the Minmatar Republic were able to adequately cover security measures for the delegates. As such, True Slave Foundation presence was deemed to be of low priority as our presence would have had little to no affect on the outcome of the event. Other issues arose that required our presence on the other side of the cluster, so you will excuse me if I cannot be in two places at once.

I won't excuse you anything. If that's the story you've manufactured to cover your lack of action so be it. I'll simply ask my sources to reconfirm your locations during that period and document the void behind your words for future reference. Thank you, Ms. Polevhia.

You wouldn't have trusted my intentions even if I was there. And you question the fact that I wasn't there. Truly nothing makes you happy, does it?

A great many things make me happy, Ms. Polevhia. Sadly, false words from the followers of a false messiah are not amongst them. Thank you again for the informative responses, Ms. Polevhia.

Also I would like to note there was a True Slave Foundations representative present in the Honor Guard., Jasmin. Due to being buried in work lately it took me this long to actually hear about her being there.

If this new story is to be believed then Ms. Soulscream is at least due some praise for ignoring the "other issues" that have required the presence of the rest of you in Placid ganking members of the State War Academy, the Science and Trades Institute and the like. A pity the efficiency of the Foundation's internal intel networks is not as refined as the remainder of your other operations - Ms. Soulscream might have gotten her due recognition all the sooner.

Due recognition to you too, Ms. Polevhia, for finally digging up the possibility of a singular Foundations pilot who may have been involved.

You can ask Grideris. Jasmine Soulscream was in the FCORD fleet.

Now, as for the rest of it, I do believe that you have forgotten the fact that we consider ourselves at war. We tend not to be spending a lot of our time thinking up ways to leap to your defense, no more than you would consider protecting a Nation delegate, were one to ever show up.

I'm sure I could get together a group of Goons willing to act as an honour guard for Sansha, should he ever wish to, you know, go anywhere.

I'm sure your offer is as appreciated as it is necessary.
