I'm new to whs and need some ship ideas since I will be going in tomorrow would a rohk / loki / protues be good in a c5 worm hole and if you have any tips for living in one please post it below

Good for what? For solo things, none of those can cope with what C5's can throw at you, while for groups pretty much anything that can pack a decent buffer, can survive just fine. That said I'd ignore battleships entirely for several reasons ranging from bloated signature to the mass limits. The proteus is underwhelming when it comes to PvE, but at the same time there's quite literally nothing else in the subcap side that can do what it does. The Loki works for PvE well, regardless of if you are in a corp that uses armor or shield.

Proteus is a great choice for pvp in w-space, especially when going solo.

Prot is always a good choice for PvP great damage, good tank, and looks awesome! The Loki is my personal favorite because it can be used to web down sleepers for dreads to blap and has good overall versatility. Battleships though are basically not used at all in C5's other then for rolling wormholes or bhaalgorns, simply because they cannot solo a C5 site by any means and because of their mass requirements.

You are going "tomorrow" and asking these questions on forums "now"? Shocked

First, where are your skills at? I'm assuming you have high/max skills in each race?

I hate battleships for PVP. Too bulky. For sites, still too bulky.

Loki is useful in almost any wormhole fleet.

Proteus is win for PVP and almost every serious pvp corp has several high skilled Proteus pilots.
