Today the power to our house almost got cut because my mom couldn't afford the bills, and my mom broke down today sobbing and told us about how she doesn't know what she's going to do. I think my mom works really hard to shield me from such realities so I'm sure there's a lot more going on. She's divorced, my dad doesn't help much, and 16 year old me doesn't really know how to help.

I don't know if it'd be wrong of me to start something like a kickstarter for my mom. Would it? There's over 1000 of us, so if 1000 of us donated 5 dollars that'd make 5000 dollars to give to surprise my mom with.

First, I was like "oh look, someone trying to get space likes."
