Vertical Split during Fullscreen

I am getting a weird split in game. You can see it clearly with a video i uploaded. Taking a screenshot will depict the game as running normally. I had to record it on my camera to showy you the problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5tfhgk2g0Y


This only occurs in fullscreen mode. Any opened window will "split" when I move it pass this imaginary line. The background will also "split' when i spin my camera around. This line runs from the top to the bottom of screen. The line occurs no matter the resolution, or whether it was on high or low settings. Running on high settings in fullscreen also becomes very laggy. Running windowed mode with the same settings and same resolution will not have any of this effect.

I have recently installed EVE on this laptop. My laptop has an i7-3610QM CPU and ATI 7970M graphics card with switchable graphics. I have enabled "High Performance" for EVE under the Catalyst Control Manager.

i have the same problem and i also have a ATI 7970M graphics card
if there is any fix for this i really like to know to.
