Information needed on Charles Miner

Aka: Charles the Green Miner
Bounty: 130 million isk
Crimes: Drug trafficking, fraud, impersonating an officer

We have been on the hunt for Charles these past weeks, but have hit a halt in the investigation. We first came across the name Charles Miner as we were investigating a new drug that has shown up across The Forge called "the green". This drug gives a feeling of invincibility, but causes severe hallucination in the user making everyone and everything seem as if they are against them. The user then acts in a blind rage destroying anything that comes across their path up until the point that the Concord arrive to apprehend the user. After the rage has subsided the user has no recollection of their actions up until the point of injection. All they can think about is getting more of "the green" into them.

Crime rates across The Forge have skyrocketed and the drug is threatening to spread outside of the area if we cannot find the source. This is when we happened across logs in Jita showing Charles advertising a ``green background`` for the price of 50 million isk. This is no doubt a reference to the drug he is producing and feeding to the lowlifes of The Forge. After placing a bounty on Charles we proceeded with the investigation. Unfortunately, Charles has been two steps ahead of us and has now gone into hiding. Until Charles is caught crimes in the vicinity of The Forge will only increase and it is with this that we have written this PSA in hopes of getting information on Charles.

If anyone has any information on Charles please contact me or any member of the Concord Police Taskforce.

I've been cooperating with CCP {garbled} in exchange for total immunity.

Even if you could find me, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do at this point. The 'green' is out there... there's no closing Pandora's box now.

I would venture to speculate his name is Charles. He either mines for fun or employment. Since he has the "green" in his name one could assume the "green" refers to cannabis. Hence the mining could possibly refer to cultivating said cannabis.

So in conclusion some guy named Charles likes to grow cannabis and sell a little to help out eeking a meager existance, What's the problem?

The green is a dangerous psychoactive drug that causes extreme violence in the user. It does not even remotely resemble cannabis!
