It can't load at all, and as I understand, this is a pretty awesome resource. I have never had problems entering any other sites, and I am not behind any firewalls atm. Only this site is a problem.

Any experienced pc people out there might be able to help me?

I stopped using EVEMON a long long time ago after I found EVEHQ.

It's EVEMON + EFT + extra stuff all in 1 single program.

No, nothing on the .battleclinic.com server. Not the forum, not the main site, nothing :/

I had a look at evehq but found it quite overwhelming while having a myriad of options I just don't understand or seem to be needing. Would there be any actual reason for a starting player to use evehq over the much more logical and straightforward evemon and EFT?

Well I basically only use 3 things in EVEHQ a lot

1.) Fitting
2.) Skill planning
3.) Item database

And what I personally like about it is that 1 and 2 are done in same program. So you can build a fit and with 1 click of a button you make a skillplan for it. Rather then having to switch to another program and import the stuff there for the same result.

EDIT:

Ooh and with currently 6 accounts active training...the ticker on the bottom (in my setup) is quite handy to spot who needs a skillqueue update soon without the need to log them all in to check.

Sounds like some software on your machine is blocking...

I can reach it fine, could it be your ISP?

You can check whether a site is actually down using a service like http://isup.me. In this case, the address appears to be up.

This sounds like a problem either with your machine or your ISP. Since nothing on the domain is working, it could be a DNS problem, or something on your end blocking it for some reason. I can't diagnose it beyond that though, sorry.

The people in the Issues and Workarounds forum could probably help, though, so I am moving this thread over there (also since it does not have content that is relevant solely to new Eve players).

Good luck!

Well, thx for all the answers, but still no fix. I wouldn't post this if I didn't KNOW that others than me had problems with this site. Does anyone have any idea?

So than, a little update.

I have tried my laptop on another net, and it works perfectly. I have also checked my router, and bypassed it. Still no connection. Do anyone know of a workaround I can try to get the site running on the net where I game?

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

Both. And it is something about the net I am at at home, as I said, it works perfectly at work.

I have the same issue. The site works fine when using a proxy so it is clearly up.

Hi folks,

First, I'm sorry if you're not able to access the site - especially because we're releasing some nice updates soon.

If you can't see the site at all, it's our firewall, not you.

So, to get you back over to us, you'll need to use a personal VPN service. I prefer WiTopia, which has the added benefit of helping keep your interwebz transmissions kinda sorta private-er.

That should clear everything up nicely for you, but if don't want to keep using a VPN, ping me via the Contact Us page of BattleClinic. Tell us the IP address you normally use and we'll work on clearing it up for ya.

Thanks and Fight Smart!
