He is allowed to surrender or just take a dive or run away.

The war dec was a challenge. He is under no obligation to accept that challenge.

Running from conflict is valid play, if somewhat disappointing for you in this context.



Right and I'd at least like him to have to surrender or dock - but when one gets no chance at all to even clear the 24hr timer that I GET when I war dec, it kinda sucks.

But anyway no one even sees my point of view so I give up. Forget it. Thanks everyone for the spirited debate
