Price isn't decided by quantity, it's decided by how many people have need for the item and how hard it's to get it, right now there's not many people that need estamel invuls for their ships (if there's any at all) people only use it to bragg or collect just like what I was intending to achieve if you ever feel like you want to get rid of it contact me until then bid retracted

Heh, price is decided by many things but quantity, or to be precise, disparity between offered and demanded quantity of an item is the most important price factor that can override all others.
So honest thing would be to say: " I am not willing to pay price you're asking" and not to bend basic economics law in order to explain your unwillingnes to pay his price.
Don't get me wrong, taking other price factors into view his price is high, but until other item appears on the market, his price factor is the only one important.
