Every station is cloaked... But decloaks as soon as you undock cause you are within 2000m

The Jovians must have lots of cloaked stations... all that advanced tech up in their space, yet we see next to nothing on the map.
(Except for a few systems / stations they granted to CCP for R&D work.)

I don't think it is technically possible to cloak a station, heck they can't even make one with more than one exit.

Think about it. Eventually, you will have to dump the septic system, thus decloaking the station.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

They don't vent it into space. It gets placed in Giant Sealed Containers which are transported by Capsuleers to other stations. Either that or they just beam it to the moon where the station is anchored.
