Reimburse For Assault Frigates

I really think that anyone who trained up for HACs should now have the option to reimburse the skill AF's. I for one only trained the skill AF's so I could access a HAC. Now that is no longer the case I think it would only be fair and honourable of CCP to reimburse AF's and also give us two extra bonus remaps for the inconvenience.

If a skill is made obsolete, ie. it does no longer have any effect, then it will become reimbursed. Anything else, no.
