Question on recent character tranfer

I thought when you got a chracter on this form. there was supposed to be no negatives against the charachters & things was supposed to be list. I just bought this character. I had no idea that I was buying a character with 5,100,000 isk bounty.

What exactly is the deal ?

I would worry far more about killrights, those need to be advertised in the sale.
You inherit pretty much everything, including mails.

If you knew the rules (read them) then you would know what the seller should be telling you and what you should be asking him, no point whining on here due to you not looking after your own interests.

The seller is not obligated to inform you if the char has a bounty since it doesn't effect your playstyle as much as a negative sec status or killright does.

I did Read the rules & i read what was Availible on the character. I was just asking a question for my information purposes.
I thank everyone that Gave me Postive feedback. I am now educated & need no further feedback. I just have to figure out how to close this thread.
