Wondering if this ship is going to get some love in the upcomming patch(s)?

It's (almost) worthless. And don't even get my started on the Eagle.

Is CCP going to address the glaring problems Caldari ships have in pvp? I'm rather peeved that I spec'd into caldari ships only to find out a few of them are good at PvE and all of them suck at PvP.

Merlin, Drake, (but with the change at downtime it might be a little worse) Blaster Moa, Sniping Rokh/Naga, Condor, Corax, Blaster Ferox(?), Tengu, Falcon(shudder), Blackbird, Caracal, Crow and more are all very good for PvP, true the Eagle and Cerberus aren't particularly good but that doesn't mean ALL Caldari ships are bad.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

See previous comments about rebalance. Also:

Merlin, Condor, Griffin, Hookbill, Cormorant, Corax, Caracal, Caracal Navy Issue, Moa, Blackbird, Osprey (reps almost as much as the t2 variant), Drake, Naga, Ferox (getting some loving in the next patch so we'll see), torp Raven, Scorpion, Rokh, Raptor, Crow, Hawk, Harpy, Manticore, Flycatcher, Falcon, Rook, Tengu, Vulture, Nighthawk, Widow, Chimera, Leviathan, Wyvern.

All considered able pvp ships.

Out of those almost all can be made into a solo pvp boat considering the right time, place, fittings, tactics, and targets. Some are better than others. A few are better at PVE than pvp, but doesn't make them any less capable in the field (1500 dps MWDing torp raven of doom ftw). The exceptions are the capitals and the Logis. Those are for fleet use only (please don't solo gate camp in a Chimera).

Whats wrong with the cerb, very high resistance and mean dps with hams + high ehp means its a perfect dps dealer in shield hac gangs.

No. In a shield gang, the cynabal and vaga-pilots will laugh at you. The point of shield-gangs is speed and Cerb and Eagle cant bring that.
Compare a Cerberus with a Sacrilege (even if its armor) and you will see how bad Cerbs are.

- 500 DPS AND
- Free choice of damage type AND
- 40k tank AND
- a medium neut and enough cap to use it AND
- a scram AND
- a web AND
- DualProp

Cerb gets a nice bonus to missile velocity, so HAM's will hit till over 30km.. kiting at the edge of long point is doable in it.

To your points, dualprop is useless, as is a single medium neut, scram/web id done by the ships for it (rapier/loki razu/proteus.
