I think there should be available cloaked space stations..why not??

Because the excessive graviton antiparticles built up by a sustained cloaking field large enough to shroud a station would eventually cause a polarity cascade in the nanodampners, resulting in an inversion of the quantum substrate of the fusion core of any stars within 200 AU. And everyone knows that's a bad thing.

That... is one of the best answers to a GD thread i've seen so far...

It also made me laugh nicely Cool

How do you know they are not already in the game?

But what if you use a co-positioned negatron shield for antiparticle containment, coupled with a FBF equalizer in a Fontaine configuration for disposal?

Get within 2 km of it to decloak it.

It's simple. All you have to do is look for the gravitational wave harmonics characteristic of artificial structures in space and filter that against the optical sensor data to produce a variance table. Compare that with your deep space telemetry probe results, and you can "see" the cloaked stations.

That would fuse your neutrino conduits. Feel free to try it, but let me know where so I can salvage your wreck.

Tried it before I saw your warning. This is a new clone.

You were right, the neutrino conduits did fuse, but the technique worked. The remains of my disintegrated vessel are cloaked. I suppose this isn't an adequate technique for building a station, but it's a starting point.

There's a fine line between "cloaked" and "blown to bits so small they are indistinguishable from the passing solar winds."

I also think stations should have the capability to move with out dissemble...just like ships..but maybe slower and to big to go thru gates,,need to build a new kind of gate to move a station to another system....

Nobody would never undock from these cloacked station, cause everyone would think there's someone else AFK cloacked in system.
