Hi all,

Am in a position to use 3 accounts at once. In drone space, i run Hordes that have all spawns in space at once, so no need to pull in drones to get agro etc.

I will have 2 carriers, one archon and one thanatos, and a third utility, either in an Abaddon or a Noctis.

Should i just deploy 12-13 sentries per carrier after one has full agro, and let them destroy all the BSs?

Should i use my utility char in a noctis exclusively?

Should i warp the 2 carriers into 2 different anoms and let them both kill the rat BSs with their sentries, then salvage one before the other?

Well it depends on what systems you are running these anoms in.

Give us a heads up as to where you do this, and we can tell you exactly how to run these the fastest

You can only asign as many fighters as the person can control. So your idea is flawed.

i allready wondered where that mineral price dump came from. Hordes are too easy to farm, overflowing the min market

Well i started using one carriers worth of sentries, it is pretty leet. I think another carrier assisting the first with 12 sentries, and my utility in a noctis will be the best way to do it. 23-24 T2 sentries all up

Hmmm, is this a fighter feature or a more general drone feature?

I seem to recall incursion fleets nominating a designated 'drone *w*h*o*r*e*' with everyone allocating their DPS-drones to that person. The DW would then steer all the drones to docus their damage.

Is the assigning of fighters a different process, and so subject to different limitations / dynamics?

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

There's a difference whereas a carrier pilot can assign fighters to another pilot in his fleet, this can only be as many as the pilot has skill for and what ship he is in. If this is a carrier then there's a drone module that increases the number of drones that is possible to assign and launch.
For this he doesn't even need to be on grid for it to work. The pilot that get fighters assigned have control over them and can use them as any other drone. If his ship is a subcap, there's an option to return them to their owner, don't know if he can bring them back to his drone bay if he is in a carrier.

The other option is to either set drones to assist or guard another player while being on grid. Setting them to asssist an designated drone handler, will make them shoot anything that this pilot shoot at. This pilot however only control his own drones and none of the ones that are set to assist him.
