Move there.

Check out the local carebear corps.

Hire mercs to terrorize people.

Give two billion isk to me, so i can spend more money into terrorizing people. ^_^

Forgive my rhetoric, but the reality is that you should do wantever it is that you want to do. If you log and nothing is interesting then don't log in. If you want to see how elite you can make your business ventures/capitalist enterprises, then keep focusing on that.

Or you could found a small corp, founded on the ideals that you set and see what comes of it. Think that all corps should have stock dividends as salaries, then do that. Or make a corp of friend that is really just a glorified chat room. It doesn't have to be a hard core corp. The corp that my indy characters are in is probably one of the most laid-back, casual corps in Eve.

I wouldn't force anything, just relax and don't be afraid to experiment.
