I was playing World of Warplanes until they updated again and returned my joystick settings to "FUBAR" I got tired of messing with them, so I pretty much play Shogun 2 until something else sparkly catches my eye.

Endless Space has proven to be a high-value purchase, in my experience. First game kicked my ass in about 45 minutes, but after the initial learning curve I've got a couple games over three centuries deep. Not perfect, definitely a nice way to decompress, though.

Tried out DayZ mod this past weekend. I really enjoyed it. Admittedly I didn't find many players as I was on for a short time on a low population server. Still, the zombies did a good job of handing me my brain on a platter.

I go well with Quafe...

Well, arty is easy mode and many hardcore players hate arty for obvious reasons.

First time I checked out WoT, I'd expected another run of the mill brainless fps game ... I was wrong, this game has an excellent strategy depth. Good for a bash now and then until you get tired of the neandarthals with a sub 45% winrate, doing what they do best. Lots of faceplams, lots of smacks and lots of blood vessels popping around your head. P

Arty Easymode? Ppl just have to learn to counter it. I have been against plenty of ppl who have been a pain in the ass to hit. Also it's pretty hard to carry a team who sucks (im bitter about being ganked because the idiots are a bunch of lemmings who leaves 2/3 of the map open for any flanking attacks).

You should try War Thunder then, its free and looks/plays pretty well/accurately. Love how each plane you get has a crew that needs to be trained to get the most out of it, its pretty new too... and the graphics... OH THE GRAPHICS Cool

It has a arcade mode for mouse/keyboard use

And the realistic/historic mode that need to be used with a joy stick

+1 for Alpha Centauri +AC. I still play this with friends as hot seat multiplayer game occasionally (gotta love this guy)

Heroes of Might and Magic (3, 5, 6), also usually hot seat multiplayer mode with friends + lots of beer.

We used to play Starcraft:Broodwars semi-professional back in those days, but I haven't touched the game for about ten years now.
And I didn't play Starcraft II at all.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

GW2 and Starcraft II.

My starcraft partner actually used to play EVE, and was super into tackling, but alas she has the attention span of a gnat, and so didn't stick around.

I couldnt get any of my gamer friends to stick GW2 out, but i enjoy its easy enter/exit casual friendly gaming atmo.

I will admit that TSW caught my eye, and actually my boss, whom i play EVE with currently, actually bought it for me for Xmas, but i havent put that much time in... still F2P is good...

i'll never pay monthly for another game again, so long as EVE's around.

I'm currently playing Planetside 2. Will go back to Guild Wars 2 some day. Also drop some games at Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword each now and then. Same for Galactic Civilizations II (a true heir to Master of Orion II).

I'm not really keen at playing several games at a time, rather I will spend some weeks with a title until my interest fades or I feel the need to play something else.

The exception was EVE, which mostly deprived me from playing anything else for three years... Bear
