Kill mail extra tears

Hi,

Whould be cool to see add in the POD kill-mail the "expected cost for the new clone" Some people, like my main, pays more tham 20 milion ISK after being poded. Its a extra loss-cost after each death.

I agree...put an end to those ripoff podmails by putting the cost of clone on the mail. No longer will killboards be littered with empty podmails totalling a mere 1mil isk. Of course..this only matters if you give a **** about killboards.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

As quick as I am to disagree with people that refer to everything related to PvP as "tears" (projection?), clone cost is a valid loss indicator and as such has a place on the killmail.

However, it is important to note that including clone cost in killmails would be a dead giveaway to the pilot's SP, and this would not be good, as lots of people are very secretive about their skills. There would be no problem with including clone cost on killmail if some variation was introduced to the cost so that clone cost wouldn't always be tied directly to SP. Perhaps a discount on clones for people who lose their pod often? This could kill two birds with one stone.

Km should only list the attacker who did the most dps. Interesting how everyone must be a special snowflake and feel like a winner...Lol

Actually that is pretty stupid and pointless. As it's not really loss related so it makes no sense to display it.

However as you brought up pod loss mails:
Please update the POD killmails so that they show if the guy who died lost SP due to unupgraded clone ^^

Clone up-kip and skill loss, two things cool to see on a pod kill mail.

actually, it IS loss related.

if he didn't lost the pod, he would still have his implants, and would not have to upgrade his clone again.

BUT, he lost his pod, so he need to pay an upgrade and new implants, but you don't know for the upgrade even if you are the one who caused it.

and for he ones talking about giving away an estimated SP number, this information can already be acquired with enought accuracy, so it would not be that much an issue honnestly.

one thing i would like to see, but this one could be abused tho, is WHERE the poor guy wakes up^^
