Hey all,

http://eveboard.com/pilot/Bloody_Bogan

Coming back after a 2 year gap and i've forgotten pretty much everything. I have this character who specialized in Interceptors, but from what I hear Interceptors these days are only good in fleets, and get outclassed even if that regard by larger ships.

So to this effect, i'm not sure what direction to take for PvP - I'm assuming leveling BC to 5 would be a good idea considering the upcoming BC Skill changes, but given my stats i'm not sure what else I should be aiming for.

Any suggestions? To be honest, I just want to get some more skills under my belt in a week or less and get out there pvping

Core skills shopping spree, first. You seem to be missing a couple. Won't take very long. Put Jury Rigging 3 on to simmer so you can get rigs in a couple hours. Then just go grab a couple Tech 1 frigates and cruisers and pick a place/setting to go thug around, be it a pirate hub, faction war, RvB or whatever strikes your fancy. They redid all the T1 littler ships and now they're all awesome. Slasher is a decent mini-interceptor now.

Thrashers seem to be a good fit for your skill set. AC, MWD, MSE.

Make sure you can fly what you can afford to lose -- thrashers aren't hard to replace.

RvB, FW, or war decs will allow you to PvP legally (and simply) without having to go to null. Piracy has its own set of perks and challenges.

The pursuit of excellence and stabbed plexing alts.

Have a read-up about Faction Warfare. Plenty of PVP to be had in sub-bc class ships, whether that be solo or gang. With all the frigates having been rebalanced last year they are a lot of fun and in the FW arena you see *ALOT* of them around. Whether you joined FW or just went pirate/anti-pirate in one of the FW regions, there's definitely scope to use frigate hulls for your pvp if you enjoy the interceptor class type combat.

If part of FW and you did want to fly with others some of the time, then any FC would be happy to have a good inty pilot in the fleet.

Welcome back and good luck.

Yes, we're going to die, but you're coming with us!

This really. Solo frigate pvp in FW is alive and kicking.
