Perhaps abit to much, but as a loyal customer 1/10 of the toal playtime could be paid out as a gift, that is 1 year free playtime.
It's nothing strange that the seller/supplier rewards a loyal customer, 10% off the price is common in shops when you have bought for a certain sum.

I am one of those that have played for 10 years (without interuption and being active), and am the original owner of my this character. The corp history is messed up due to a bug that is non fixable, so year for first corp is wrongly shown.
I'm getting married this year and my gf has been with me the whole eve time ;), small advice here, if you got gf and kids like i do, always play when they are watching tv or sleeping. This rule made it work with eve+real life.


Personally i think playtime gift is good, but i would rather have a monument ingame, it's more persistant and a good celebration to loyal ccp customers.

Your spectacular gift is having been around from the start, and the consequent opportunities that you have enjoyed. T2 BPO lottery. Speculation on EVERY patch. The ability to meet EVERY FOTM. Insanely high-up contacts.

You have had everything handed to you, and if you are not in a position by now that even the gods would envy, you have failed as a player. 10 days ago I found a web site that was offering EVE starter pack for $5.00 and with a code, I got 7 weeks for $3.50

Personaly I think, the only way to really say a thankyou to such a long time service in helping the game progress to its 10 year mark is that, if the characters that were made in the first quarter of the start date of Eve-Online is to recieve a free monthly payment system from the date following the end of the 10th year.

That is a real thankyou and a showing of a true appriciation, lets face it the loss of revenu is so small as there isnt that many left now.

I had 2 or 3 months break in service one time, but other than that since the beginning. Was laid off from work at the time, and just couldn't justify paying the fee. My guess is, though, that you'll find many folks that have never had a break in service. I know some that come and go but log in to do skill changes.

Have to admit it's pretty cool to be flying through space, and see a name in local that you hadn't seen for years :) good conversations ensue.

As far as prizes go, if it was something that could be transferred, that would be a problem, as you're just dumping isk at bittervets at that point.

I think they should give us 23 hours of CONCORD immunity. Just make sure to give me notice so I can ask off from work :)

As one of those 10 year players myself, i don't really want or need anything extra. I wouldn't have stayed this long if i didn't enjoy the game for what it is :)

you know what would be a great gift, for being in this game for 10 years taken seriously by customer support.
instead of being ignored for 11 days and then get an automated responds.
