So I've always been in love with Blood Raider ships. Cruor, Ashimmu, Bhaalghorn... They all make me very very happy. But do they have any solo PVP potential? And if anyone has actually tried it before, what works and what doesnt?

Cause as far as I can tell they are really only good in fleets =\

Cruor is decent if you know what you are doing

Ashimmu has a serious case of not knowing what it wants to be

If you ever solo in a bhaalgorn you either deserve a medal or you should biomass.. Depending on the outcome.

BYDI recruitment closed-ish

Bhaalgorn is one of the best subcap and cap fleet support ships. It can drain a dread or carrier quickly unlike any other ship. Ashimmu, although imo one of the best looking cruisers, has too little of too much - can't really make it useful for anything except neuting boat (which a Curse will do much more effectively and more cheaply). Cruor as noted above is possible but relies on you knowing your limits, controlling engagement, etc...especially if you decide (for some reason) to go with beams.

All around, they're more fleet-oriented supporting vessels.
