Wormhole Third Party Rules:

- I charge 50mil for this service (25mil from buyer 25mil from seller since it protects both of you)

- Seller gives me and the buyer the wormhole details (Locus Sig, Number of offline POS's, WH Statics)
- Buyer transfers full cost of the wormhole to me.
- Seller gives the entry system and provides a warp in
- Buyer can move in right away though i advise checking it out with a scout to see if it is described right.
- Seller leaves the wormhole
- Once the Buyer is happy I transfer all isk to the Seller

If the seller/buyer disagree I come down and check the system out and if the wormhole meets the description given I give the isk to the seller, if not I return to the buyer. If the seller shoots you this is not my fault I am simply securing the isk to buy the wormhole, I advise checking the system out in a cheap ship first.
