I'm afraid, ops onto you now CCP!

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

OMG... so do I!

In one 'generic fantasy MMO' I know of, healing potions have a 'cooldown' where you can only use one per combat; you can't use another until you've left combat.

CCP, can we do something like that in Eve with cap booster charges?

On a serious note, cap boosters are a great mechanic and have major downfalls as well as bonus' when compared to cap stable fits.

The ASB needs a bit of a nerf but thats about it.

If you're just now noticing this... you're probably a noob to online gaming. EVE was Ultima Online ported into space, with a little bit of EverQuest sprinkled in for flavor.

/Has been playing online RPGs for literally 20 years.... its all the same. UO was the only unique one... which is probably why I like EVE

i think the game could use a more personal touch, tbh. it doesn't have to come in the form of dance moves and crap like that but something...

At least there are no gnomes in EVE! Just imagine the horror to be stuck with a naked and bold gnome in your station room,,, omg, the nightmare!

How about some avatar improvements as Posted on 2012.04.22 19:50?

What we got since then is:

- fixed the bra strap bug
- half-assed delivery and later abandonment of unreleased NEx items
- and they f****** removed my skin color! Lol

Add to that the complex skill system. Other games tend to dumb complexity of game mechanics down. Just to think of a comparison: Spell resistances removed in WoW because no one but the hardcore pvpers or raiders were willing to cope with it. And ofc the system had its flaws and Blizzard didn't want to "waste" time on it anymore.

I'll just leave this here, then.

Removing a secondary bonus of one of the most used mods in EVE is way different than removing resists. Your tears are delicious though.
