I am not extremely good with computer hardware as I am software. Therefor, though this forum probably isnt where to post it, (I could not find the general discussion forum, seems ccp removed it) I would like to know if this computer can play eve online, and at what level it runs smoothly. If you can find pc under 300 thats better than this, please post a link. Also, please no negative posts, I understand if it wastes your time.

However, for a quick answer to your question: Very old processor, look for Core i5, they are fairly cheap already.
4Gb RAM, while fine for a single application, might be better to double that amount if you're serious about multiboxing.
There's no mention of what kind of GPU is installed in the box. Which is an important deciding factor. Look for a better seller, who don't hide information from customers.
64-bin windows - I would NOT suggest it, especially not for 4GB RAM. Too much risk, too little gain. However, if you opt for MORE than 4Gb total RAM, you WILL need 64bit windows (if you choose Windows, because only Microsoft lock access to memory beyond 4Gb in their 32bit OS').
Home Premium - I would realy suggest Pro version, if you want normal work without hitting "oh, sorry you can't do that in this version" way too often, or get Basic, if you not interested in anything, but simple "I use computer, it works" - will save you money.
