This Pilot is essentially everything you need to get a start in anything related to shooting stuff!
You can look at the eve-board if you want to know what skills he has, because I really don't feel like listing them off. He has like 2.6mill sp, how much more could you want?

You may be asking, why would I buy a pilot with this few skills, the answer to the question is; It's only 1.6bill.
