a c4 static is best , but im taking all WH-hunters, armor buff system prefered. anyone interested?

There are no C3's with a C4 static.

C3 and c1 will only have a kspace static. Every other wormhole class has a wspace static (and c2s are the oddball of the group with two statics, one being kspace and the other wspace). Thus you will never find a c3 with anything but a high sec, low sec, or null static. Although they do get roaming statics every now and then, but that's true for all wormholes.
