WTB PvP Focused Pilot! (12bil Budget!)

Hello, Im looking to purchase a PvP Pilot. I would preferably like a Caldari pilot as that is what Im used to flying but would be open to maybe a Minnie pilot.

Looking For:
Arrow Positive Sec Status
Arrow Positive Wallet a major plus
Arrow In a NPC Corp
Arrow Must be located in High Sec, Jita Preferably though not required
Arrow Must be able to fly T2 Frigs mainly Assault Ships and Covert Ops
Arrow Able to fit full T2 fittings on the ships, needs to be able to fit the ships just about perfectly!
Arrow High Navigation skills and Target Skills are a major plus!
Arrow Being able to fly and properly fit larger ships pref a T3 ship a huge major plus!
Arrow ECM skills are also a nice plus but not required.
Arrow You pay transfer fees.

Please post EVE Board postings here and/or message me ingame at this toon. I have a budget of 12bil that Im willing to spend. Ill be for another hour or so before I have to work. Will be watching the forums though while Im at work. And will post when Im back online.
