"Worth" is an opinion that only has meaning if someone backs it up with cash. This is a nice toon though it has issues. Also, capital pilot toon value is about to get nerfed by the skill changes that make cap pilots much more attainable. If you don't bid with that in mind your going to take that in the teeth. 19B might be a safe offer on this, but I won't push any further. All yours.
