What are you going to spend your 6+ mil SP on?

Asssuming you have Destroyers V, BC V and your Cruisers to III you will be getting around 6+ mil SP.

What are you going to be dropping it on?

JDC V for my main
Capital Ships V for my alt
Marauders V for my other alt
Roime

You aren't getting "free" SP just your total is going up by that amount as they change the general Destroyer and Battle Cruiser skills to racial ones. So don't forget to make sure you update your clone if you need to.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

So if I have Destroyers V and BC V after the change the 6.2 mil SP will go into your available skill points correct? You wont just automatically get the racial varients maxed out and left with nothing to distribute?

nah this means your clone may become outdated after you are awarded the new skills and it will need to be upgraded

I think your estimate is off a bit.

However, I'll be putting it into HIC V and probing skills.

You'll get the racial destroyer/bc skills automatically. This will mean the number of skill points you have in total will increase, but you don't get them to spend on what you freely want - they go right into the racial ship skills.
