Hi.
currently the nos can only leech if target ship has more cap% than yourself
but would it not be better if the percent systerm was changed to actual cap amount?
would make nos better for bigger ships, while neuts are allways better for smaller ships. i think it would be somewhat balanced that way.

now tell my why im wrong.

this is what nos used to do and they were OP.

ships like the domi could fit large amounts of nos and active tank purely using their opponents cap. it was mean and they made neuts unpopular.

edit- now neuts are better for larger ships and nos better for smaller ships. i think its balanced that way.

Pretty sure it was Nos that used to do this before they nerfed it and added teh relative % requirement to it.

Whatever still nos at this moment is crap. Sure it was overpowered , but now it was sent into oblivion. What about it could drain cap below its own cap level but with reduced effectivness ? 50% reduced , 60 % ... even 90% reduced. Sure there is number to make idea balanced.

I may be wrong, but pre-nerf weren't Nos used on their own drones, so to have an infinite cap recharge?
